We want you to love your order. If something's not right, here's how we handle it.
What we accept
We accept returns and offer full refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrectly printed. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
What we can't accept
Because our products are made to order (print-on-demand), we're unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered (please check our size guide before purchasing)
- Minor colour variations between screen and print (these are normal for digital printing)
How to request a return
Email us at with your order number and photo. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or wrong items
If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return the original item.
Lost orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner. If confirmed lost, we'll resend or refund at no cost to you.
